Typical Day
Meeting inspiring people, delivering training, and chairing meetings—every day is different! Avoiding rush hour, I start at 10am, greeted by tea from my amazing colleague George!

What Makes My Job Easier
Fantastic colleagues, a gorgeous office setting (did you know we have goats? ), and a commitment to quality and inclusive processes. Expertise in business, communications, research and increased admin support have made my job far easier.
Juggling Tasks
Prioritise and flag emails, plan during supervision, and have regular check-ins with the CEO and George. An Outlook calendar and a paper diary keep me on track. I’m not afraid to ask for help!
Tackling Challenges
Consistency in completing ‘boring’ tasks is challenging. Reminders and support from the CEO and colleagues help. Starting new projects? Advice and support from the team are invaluable.

Heartwarming Moments
I received a call from a Guidance Counsellor who resolved a bullying incident through our Restorative Practices Course. Another parent inquired about training; their child was happier at school and had improved conflict resolution. I am delighted by positive transformations and heartwarming feedback.
