Family Support Workers — Home Visiting
Are you passionate about empowering parents and supporting families to help children reach their full potential? Join CDI as a Family Support Worker—home Visiting, and make a real difference in Tallaght. We are recruiting two full-time Family Support Workers — Home Visiting roles.
As a Family Support Worker—Home Visiting, you will:
- Conduct regular home visits with families, supporting parents from pregnancy through to their child’s school age.
- Implement the Preparing for Life Home Visiting Programme, an evidence-based intervention that promotes positive child development.
- Engage with parents using a strengths-based, non-judgemental approach to build confidence and parental capacity.
- Facilitate parent education workshops, toddler groups, and family events.
- Support parents in accessing specialist services when needed, including accompanying them to appointments.

Hours of Work:
The post is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Place of Work:
This client-facing role is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24, and offers a unique opportunity to work directly with families in the community.
Salary range:
€35,640—€48,600
The point on the salary scale will be determined by reference to the applicant’s skills, experience and qualifications.
This position is only open to candidates who are eligible to live and work in Ireland. Each candidate for and any person holding this role must be of good character. Garda Vetting will be required prior to the commencement of the post.
