You maintain certain rights around personal information you provide, under Chapter 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights refer to personal data and are relevant up to the point at which these data are anonymised (31/08/2024). These are the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to object processing and the right to data portability.

After 31/08/2025, the data will be irrevocably anonymised, and therefore your/your child’s data will no longer be identifiable. The information will be stored securely in line with CDI’s Data Protection and Records Retention Policy which you can request copies of from info@cdi.ie.
