I joined CDI as the Parent Carer Facilitator (PCF) in August 2022. I was drawn to the role as it clearly focused on evidence-based practice and ensuring intervention was in place for those who needed it the most. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities. I feel very lucky to go to work surrounded by a team of enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate people who work hard every day to make a difference for children and families.

I have been working for CDI now for over one year. Tallaght is my hometown, and it is a privilege to be part of the team working to improve outcomes for children and families in the community of Tallaght. The CDI team is hardworking and fun. Working with such wonderful, supportive, and friendly people is a pleasure.
