Most of our courses are offered on a group or organisational basis. However, if an individual is interested in a particular training, we would encourage you to get in touch and if a space is available on an existing group course, we will try to facilitate you (info@cdi.ie)

Our ChitChat Speech and Language course and Restorative Practice Summer Course are our only courses that are eligible for EPV days.

We deliver most of our online courses over Zoom. You will need to have Zoom downloaded on your computer and comfortable using it to participate in most of our online courses. And have a strong internet connection!

Yes! Once you meet all of the course requirements, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Of course! Every course will have a dedicated person to lead and support participants to the best of their ability.

Cancellations received a week in advance of the training or event will receive a full refund or credit note.
A participant wishing to cancel a training or event booking can avail of a credit note up to 48 hours in advance of the event or a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be valid for a refund or transfer.
When materials are provided as part of a training course, a refund will not be processed until all materials are returned to CDI. If CDI themselves cancel or postpone training, all participants will be offered a full refund or credit that can be applied to a place on another CDI training course..
